Designer and manufacturer since 1989, Matrelec specializes in the manufacture of high-frequency or thermal welding machines and automatic lines for welding plastic materials.

Our organization ensures the overall quality of your project, and its follow-up throughout its life cycle. With over 1,000 machines and welding lines installed, Matrelec has numerous references for plastic welding equipment worldwide.

Located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, the company brings together its sales and technical teams, assembly plant and technical lab on a single 3,000 m2 site. The laboratory, specially designed for our customers, is dedicated to “real-life” testing of welding presses and plastic materials.

Pre-project cell

Listening to your needs, the engineers establish the specifications for your project with you. Creativity, experience and know-how guide our teams to identify and propose the most relevant technical-economic offer.

Test in the lab

From the outset of the project, we choose to work from your raw materials in order to design a solution perfectly suited to your realities. The technical lab offers this possibility.

Design office

Our team is made up of engineers and technicians in mechanics, electronics and automation. They master cutting-edge technologies and can thus design the best solution.

Assembly in our factories

Your own production line, your future press and/or your thermoforming machine are pre-assembled in our factories. Covering 2,000 m2, the premises are specifically designed for this stage.

Tests & validation

We welcome you and your teams as long as necessary for operational tests, corrective adjustments and final validation.

On-site commissioning & reception

The assembly on your site is carried out by our specialized teams. After receipt, your Matrelec contacts will of course remain available to assist you with the start-up sentence.

Formation
