Purchasing Assistant

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your role will be to manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the purchasing function.

In this context, you will :

  • Purchasing electrical equipment, pneumatics, fasteners and consumables (stock replenishment in conjunction with the storekeeper)
  • Enter orders in internal ERP
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Follow-up and follow-up with suppliers (delivery times)
  • Billing
  • Manage billing and compliance disputes

 

You have an administrative background or equivalent.

  • Organized and responsive: You’re able to manage several tasks at once while meeting deadlines.
  • Curious and adaptable: You have a spirit of initiative and thrive in a constantly evolving industrial environment.

Open-ended contract.

Salary: €13/14 per hour.
